Neon Lights

I ordered 2x Red Neons for my 2007 SR50 (red n black).

Theres two little rubber tubes sticking out the bottom of th eped. what are they. and any suggestions on how to install the neons?

 

the tubes are overflow pipes.

lol i didnt mean there was a prob with them. just wanted to noe how to connect up neons in general

 

i had some on mine and i used wheel arch leds cos there flexible and easier to clean, cos they will get covered in shit off the road, just screw them in and wire up to the frame number panel and put a switch there. bare in mind that if they are neons then the bulbs could smash or blow from all the knocking they could get when under there

 

I got them all in place, only prob is connecting them up. How shoudl i do it? i havent a clue. Do i jam the metal wires between the bolt on the batteries pos and neg charges?

 

thats the usual way to do it yeah, better off on a properly fused system though.

 

Even better without them though.
