   is it safe to connect to battery and does it only turn on when i turn the ignition on as i dont want to drain the battery with in 3months using it i not brought it yet as i dont want to waste money when it could drain battery :banghead:
   
   reason i asking dont want to be paying out another £30-50 for another battery if it dies

   If it's connected to the battery it will always be on unless you wire in a switch.
