assuming you've removed the nut it should just slide off the shaft.

removing the nut you want either an impact gun, or a long breaker bar and someone to hold the back break.

We put a hammer handle into a place (padded it so it wont scratch;))

and i put all my weight on it...

i dont want to break it because its not my wrench so i dont want
    to hammer it.

block of wood between the wheel spokes wedging against the casing, then turn the engine upside down, preferably on grass, use a long breaker bar and jump on it. mind your shins though.

Right wedge the back wheel using blocks of wood. Get your ratchet cover in a dish towel and give it a good old whack with a hammer this should loosen the wheel nut withought breaking your mates ratchet or harming your scooter. The next few turns will most likely be tight but not soo tight you cant get it off.

Take it to Kwik Fit, give him a couple of Kwid and get him to take it of with his air ratchet.

to be fair, i did have one that i litteraly had to wedge under the car then use a 4 foot long scaffold bar to undo it.

I have an airgun, not a cheapo one either, and that wouldn't shift it, so i went up to the 3/4 inch drive one and that wouldn't budge it.

Thats a CP (chicago pneumatics) windy gun running at 160psi.
