need some crank help

    whats the easiest way to centre the crank and set endfloat???
    Know of any guides?

    End float can't really be set, there should be next-to-none on a fresh build, the best way to center it is with patience, a rubber hammer and a set of feeler (thickness) gauges.

    best way to gain correct endfloat is to build the engine correctly.. this thread title should be "i want to try rebuilding my enigne" all the info you need is in ANY 2t build manual.. or the piaggio manual altho they build it different to the way i do...

    basicly endfloat is the result of doing it right, doing it wrong means you CANT correct the lack of endfloat. read up.. anything peopolke will explain on here has already been said, in detail.. get donw ya library
