need some advice on where to start with upjeting

stage 6 sport pro varitaor
polini kelvlar belt
stage 6 racing clutch
stage 6 street race 70cc
stage sport pro exhaust
standarb carb
standard airbox with a car washing sponge init

so if my standard jet is 60 ill start at around 70 for the main jet after fitting a new exhaust and bore kit?
another question
will the piolet jet need upjeting too?
