Need Help With Piaggio Zip 50cc

Hello. I have a stock 50cc piaggio zip cat. 2001

I am looking to tune my bike to the best possible tunes people recommend.
I am looking to purchase new
- variator ( with rollers )
- clutch ( all clutch things like spring and bell )
-belt
-main jet

I need a sweet setup from you guys. So if you can make a nice shoping list that would be great.

Team MHR exhaust
Multivar 2000 variator with 4.59gr rollers
Dellorto 17.5mm or 19mm carb
Unrestricted intake manifold
Carbon reeds
Box of jets, sizes 60 to 90
Kevlar belt
Double 'H' sintered brake pads

Keep the standard airbox, use open weave filter sponge
Keep standard clutch and bell
