Hi guys, got myself a 2000 reg neos a couple of weeks back, i need to replace the rear brake shoe but i cant find anywhere the torque needed to put the back wheel on, any help would be apprieciated? Also it is only hitting 30 to 35mph and it is fully derestricted im wondering if the previous owner had a sports pipe on it and upjetted it, as it now has its original pipe on i was wondering if it had been upjetted and thats why its only hitting the above speed?
