yamaha aerox 70, italkit 70cc kit, 24mm oko carb, yasuni r exhaust, stage 6 reed block, stage 6 rt clutch, stage 6 sp variator with 5g rollers, primary and secondary gear up.

problem recently happened dont know the cause, when i pull off it seems alright, i then get to a decent speed (above 30) then if i release throttle then engage throttle, it isnt revving and sounds like a four stroke, it is like it has flat rollers but they are brand new,

any help would be appreciate, feel free to ask any questions about the problem, i have tried to explain the situation as best as i can
    thanks, sam.

A 24mm carb seems a bit too big for your setup, the airflow through the venturi at lower revs is possibly too slow to properly atomise the fuel which could cause the issue.

Dont mean to upset you but mines was doing this. Cost me £330 in total to get it fixed and it was worked again for a few weeks until it started again.

After a month had or so had gone by It was getting worse with the throttle like it was struggling with the gearing and started to lose power up hills until eventually it wouldn't go above walking pace....

I got home that day after pushing it home and pulled the full engine out

    I had all new

    Rollers
    Belt
    Watet pump repair kit
    Carb
    Inlet manifold
    Oil seal
    choke
    Reed valve
    Re jet
    Air box
    Clutch springs

I suppose a faulty gear up kit could be the cause but it does sound an awful lot like my problem and that was definately air flow

The milege is good and if I looks in good condition that will help boost the price. The age does let it down but if it runs well that brings the price back up at a guess i'd say about 700-800
