Need Help & Advice With My Gilera Runner Sp 50 2004

    Hello Everyone Im Having Problems With My Gilera Runner, Im trying to make it run faster.
    it was more faster with the standard exhaust on :confused:

    changes ive made
    polini hi speed variator kit, rollers 6.3gr
    polini team exhaust with both restrictions removed
    polini filter

    any help would be nice please

    Well a filter on a standard bike is a terrible idea. Take that off for starters.

    You then need to make sure it's all setup properly. Stronger clutch springs, lighter rollers and rejetted.

    thanks for the info people
    i upjetted my carb to 60 and it seems to be running more powerful just need to sort adjustment out now
    will get back when its all done or any other problems
