Hi everyone im new here :blush: ive just bought a yamaha aerox and i was told t needs a waterpump repair kit or something along them lines hahah. The problem is, when im riding it is fune and dosnt leak but when i stop it starts dripping water, i carry a big 2 litre bottle of coolant with me for tiopping it up. but i thought id ask, do i need a whole new water pump or just a reapair kit and im sorted? im new to scooters as you can tell. :lol: and sorry if ive explained badly. thank you for any help
also, stop riding your bike witha water leak, it will only get worse, it DOES come out when your riding, you just cant see it. if water is comming out air is most probnbably getting in, too much air/not enoughw ater and the water plain WILL NOT CIRCULATE = dead engine
youll need to buy a new water pump. pedparts sell some aerox pumps i believe and their in nice colours too this happened to a mate. check the pipes are sealed correctly first to make sure it isnt just a dodgy pipe.
