    ok so heres the spec.
    aerox 50 2005 model
standard gurtner carb 70 main jet
polini speedcontrol with the 3.6g rollers that came with it.
    zx pipe derezzie obviously
not too sure on the clutch i think its a hebo rep or something.

off the line it goes really well but when it hits about 30 the revs drop a bit and then slowly pick back up. its not a massive issue its juts annoying as acceleration is slower. top speed is just over 50 on a straight unless i keep my head down.

does anyone know what the problem might be? cheers.

Don't spend money on a new clutch. It only deals with the initial take off, which you say is ok.

It really does sound as though your rollers are the wrong weight for your setup.

If the revs don't keep up throughout the range, it means the rollers are moving up their ramps too quickly (upgearing), so you want to cut the weight a bit.

Try changing 3 of them for lighter ones to fine tune it.

well i dunno whats up with it tbh. it takes like 6 sec to get to 30 which i dont think is too bad. its just topend is a buit naff
like sometimes itll do 55-60 clock speed and other times it will stay at 50 or just over which is how fast it went with standard pipe.

6 seconds is quite slow for acceleration.. most peds set up right do it in around 4 seconds with just the sports exhaust
