Hi guys i got sick of the look of my problem child neos so thought id change it a little. i started with the rear end and the number plate holder. the lugs on the 3 pieces of fairing that made up the rear end were breaking so i lopped em off with a grinder and plated it all up solid with some 2 mm steel plate and a pot rivet gun. i then set to work with the filler and made the rear into one big piece (like a streetfighter/racebike seat unit then it came to the paint job. i spotted a vespa px125 with a nato green us army theme paint job which i liked so decided thats what i was gunna go with. the paint had a realy textured paint job so instead of spraying it i decided id go with the sponged look which gives it the same fnish has any hold army vechile. i havent finished painting it yet but the larger pieces of fairing are done and the engine casings done so i thought id let you guys have a look and slate the hell outta it rear view side view front view paintjob finish the front mudguard,undertray,and battery cover will be painted green also. i still have the exhaust to repaint and the rear handles too but theyl be matt black in colour. im in the process off doing the renthal handlebar conversion too i bought a set of switchgear from a derbi and wired them all up and there working fine just need the stem and the speedo and that will be that done. il upload more pics has i go along
too update.. the bars and stem have now been fitted,the switchgear is all wired up and working and the painting and lacquering has been a bitch but its now finished the marking on the right handside is the reg number and the v11-m-9 on the under belly stands for 7th corp-medical detachment-9th motorcycle/vechile. i know its not too everyones liking but come on guys all comments welcomed
hiya dude i was just wondering what stem did you use , is it a aerox one??? as im about to do mine, also i think they look better without the front mudgaurd also i think it would look good with some clear indicator lense's what are you useing for a speedo???? thnak please get back to me asap , also mabey your should paint the wheels white or black in army hummer style , overal it looks great :clapping:
