i bought a yamaha slider ew50 non runner for £100 then i fixed it and derestricted it now it goes 65mph. im getting a 70 kit for it but i cant find anywhere that sells the fairings or a brake leaver. :bird:
derestricted 65? i think not. clocks must be very out, your probably looking at around 50-55 with a decent pipe on it
to be fair that's not really answering the blokes question; let him have his fun. As with regards to finding these elusive bits, keep scrawling ebay or check the european sites, like scooter attack, scooter center, etc. Parts may come under mbk stunt (essentially the same bike in case you didn't know).
yeh sorry i meant to edit my post and write an answer. check all euro sites liek ludixlovers suggested, scooter-center is where my gut feelings lie but i think easyparts.nl also do them, if not then ebay it

yeah tonkpete lives on the same road as me. he didnt de restreict it lmao and it was running when he boguht it :rofl: dont think he is some pro mechanic lol. it does do around 60+ because i have a bike and so does my friend. he can get 60+ out of his and its got a digital speedo and the sldier flys past him.
what they said 55 would be pushing it mate digital or not, doesnt make it any better the ped wont go ANY higher than 55 and thats bloody lucky, with wind, so 60 is a looooong way away
actually, i do know of standard minarelli 50s which do pull 60 ish, there arent many but if they are properly PDId and run in then there is no reason why it shouldnt.

My Slider does 40 full out but the accelleration leaves your brains on the pavement behind you when you pull away :w00t: I only use it to go down the pub where my club meets with my daughter on the back so 40 is fine.
