Did you had it on the dyno yet?
Saw the little movie, Still can be a lot of changes have have it way more explosive of power.

One of the things what will work verry good is get rid of all the extra weight on the crank.
Milling your fanpulley, get your rotor lighter, and what coused me a lot of problems with the power kicking in on my minarelli hor engine is the stock cooling system.
Just to much weight on the crank.
Electric waterpump gives you the option to get rid of the weight on the crank, Problem with Piaggio engines is that the coolingthing is inside, so you have to close the gap.

Whats the speclist/setup now and the adjustments?

Love to see this project, Like the oldskool/retro look but underneed a big engine :D Keep up the good work :D

I love this project. It's gonna kick arse Mr 'T' ! Looks like you're gonna need to stiffen up that clutch - as someone said - and you might be a bit rich - which is the right place to start setting it up.
Keep on posting pics & vids !

The project was put on hold due to lack of funds and time. Plan is to get it sorted for spring. It still needs lots of setup work and a few small bits here and there.

Wow got to love a long term project like this, glad to see it hasn't been abandoned :)

Any goals in terms of when it will be ready?
