My Vespa stage6 RT 70cc project

    Works slowed down now as I hit my deadline so if it stops raining every two mins then I might actually get some stuff done on it soon.

    I'm going to throw up some pictures to show you the huge difference between clutch springs as I'm probably going to have to use the strongest springs I can get for my delta clutch. If you think fitting clutch springs is hard then you know nothing compared to doing these.

    fitting clutch springs is easy if you do it the right way and plus theres no chance of one slipping and takeing your eye out

    Shame you're getting a 25mm, couldve done my 28mm a bit cheaper for you.

    Getting? I have all the parts needed and they are all fitted. I have two 28mm's sitting around either way.

    This vespa will look really nice when done, glad to see i aint the only one who drives a vespa these days, it's a little different to my GTS but overall vespa's are class.

    Loving the seat is that off a Vespa S..?

    Sounds just like my MKII racing lol, I need heavier springs in mine, Got Leo TT springs in my delta atm loL!

    Sure? normaly the R/T like run up 7.000rpm only for have a good start and a working range of approximately of 13.500 14.5000rpm u need only a good trasmission setup :D

    what transmission setup would you sudgest? no ammount of light rollers will get that off the line at 13k without a seriously heavy clutch (all were waiting on) sun is shining so be back on this one real soon (im about next week ;) )
