Thats been out for a while that. The malossi overange is still better rated though... it seems that the r/t drivebelt isnt as reliable. Lets face it, nothing better than malossi for piaggio engines anyway!

Not for Piaggio. It has only come out today lol. It's cheaper than the malossi item and you get more in it. I just quite like stage6 parts at the moment.

bit late maybe but the way you mounted the rad is sooo clean..do you reckon itll run cool enough though seeing as the inner will be fairly 'sealed' once its all together?

^ I was thinking that, surely you need some airflow at the back :/

My inner panel is completely chopped up so theres no glove box like on normal vespa's and it has quite a few holes in it so air should go straight through the rad and onto my feet.

Of course with something custom like this who knows until it's on the road. That's one of the reasons why I realised it was a must have to get a temp gauge.

Edit: Doh! Just realised I never put up a picture of my inner panel after I put holes in it. I'll see if i've got a picture.

It's not a zip.... It's a vespa lol. Why didn't you wire your water pump into your ignition like you told me to....

Because I'm still messing about with the bike at the mo. It's the easiest way and a switch can be useful if you don't have a thermostat.

Got myself a new glovebox panel today so time to get modding again. I'm hoping to keep the glovebox this time and I'm going to move the water bottle to the left as that's where it should be. The hoses are far too long at the moment.

I dont intend to run a thermostat on de zip (cba wiring it in) so a switch by the bars would be a good idea, or maybe under the seat, hmm. Nice to see it all together though!

proper nice so far, easily the cleanest lc conversion i've seen

i reckon white/light grey wheels would look quite nice...obv tho terro has shares in a company that only makes black paint so that wont be happening :p
