    that poor typh... looks the result of never being cleaned and not fitting the overflow to the battery :D lets hope you rescue it from its neer grave state ;)

    definitely looks like its been neglected. i remeber when the overflow pipe on my old runner had a split init. the fluid went on my exhaust and stripped it of paint. looks like its done more then that to the frame



    good luck will look good when its finished :nerd:

    this typhoon has been abused take the battery acid shit off and rub the frame down where needed an spray it with hamerite and the engine needs a damn good clean

    atleast your treating it to a rebuild, id track down the previouse owner and slap them on principle

    good luck with the bike its nice to see another typhoon project on the go! im going to garage mine is too cold and too dangerous to be riding. Please dont give up this project i love watching typhs projects (which is why i had to mention something here) ;) oh and GOOD LUCK by the way :D

    the project

    first of all cleaning and fixing the rust

    im going to leave it 125 for now but...

    im going to take off the head 0.2 mm to make a higher compression

    a new Exhaust system dont know yet what to buy

    jets for the carburator

    malossi mhr variator

    malossi mhr clutch

    new frot light

    new Suspension

    new mhr Inlet manifold

    new mhr carbon reedvalve

    hope to get money soon to get my malossi 172cc engin

    and a new crankshaft

    takeing off the 2nd gas tank the battery the starter and the oil pump

    my new Exhaust has arived today i know its not scorpio but it looks beter then the original and i hope sounds beter

    is that a technigas.. looks better then standard and will amke the bike look nice but dont expect performance from it



    abroad peds get abused daily. i see so many typhs that are just ragged in the hot weather



    when i hired a quad the 2 stroke oil they sold was blue and it was like water

    thanks man im still waiting for the malossi mhr variator and the delta fly clutch

    First of all mate i must say WELL DONE!!!! You got a bike in a shit state and doing it up nice :confused:hock:

    doing up that typh NICELY by the minute!!! :drool:



    but you flopped by buying the Technigas maybe sell it and get a pm55? or a scorp? :D :punk:

    doesnt give performance mate there crap i had one on a typhoon engine felt like standered gave more power the only thing it gives is noise
