So my little project was going fine untill the ending, Fitted my stage6 streetrace, Unbolted a 70cc parmakit (Very shocked as last owner didn't say) And fitted my stage6 pro replica, ticks over fine but then as soon as I throttle it just goes nowhere and bogs out, I have tryed upjetting, Clutch springs, 4 gram rollers, Even the air screw, What else????? Does anyone think it may be the needle needs adjusting? I have a 12mm carb! Thanks
Yeah I tryed from 86-105 and it was actually the clutch spring and roller weight, it was on 4 gram rollers and a 1000rpm torque spring but then when I tryed back to standard it was running sweet!!!! But I got a 17.5 carb
Roller weight sets the revs out equally, So on 3 gram it will over rev, Fast on acceleration it will over rev, Opposite on heavy, Clutch torque spring, Depending on which strength it changed rpm for when the clutch engages and spins out to the clutch bell, But what I needed adjusted was the needle, But I sold the pro replica as I wanted to good my set up untill I get my Yasuni R, Hpc crank, and stage6 mk2 pro race, I also had fitted a Motoforce 17.5 and due to the poor quality my bike needs another carb (Lasted not even a month) They are fucking shit, But I have a stage6 original dellorto race carb coming and getting fitted
