My Speedfight 100cc project

Hi, just got hold of a speedfight 100cc today although it is a runner, I'm going to start working on it, body is shocking been painted with rubbish paint and a brush!



Doesn't look to bad in a picture but body is shocking, So looking to get a new body kit I'm unsure on color yet, I want a new exhaust on it as well! that is all for now until I have made a list.

Where do you guys get your parts from please? cheers

 

get the metalic orange evo body kit for it makes the speedfights look awsome

 

So, I've painted it nearly done with the painting will get that finished next week!

Now I need;

-clocks
-front tyre
-speedo cable

What I want
-Rollers
-body kit
-Front and rear shocks
-new disks front and rear
-engine all scrubbed up and cleaned
-Kevlar Drive belt
-Clutch and Bell
-Variator


I've seen a few sites

If anyone knows the best place to start getting these bits from I would appreciate it

 

took my scooter into the workshop at college today after going along an awful road and realizing all my plastics are loose! using all of the college nuts and bolts etc ofcourse I put it all together properly and securely!

Obviously I still have the two front panels and mud guard to paint but I ran out of primer so will have to wait until tomorrow!

not really going to be many bits ordered this week for it as I need a new helmet and a front tyre!
But next on the list is a Tecnigas exhaust Next R, once I find out what size rollers and jet I would need for it!

I appreciate It's not in best nick paint work wise but hey It has to be someones pride and joy

cheers mate! could not stand the white and yellow! just done quick paint job with cheap tins for now because, as it will be getting a body kit as you suggested!

 

I'm thinking of painting the primed bits black also what do yous reckon, all black? not sure sure what it would look like but may be worth a shot

 

my mate had an all black sf2 and that looked quite good (until he crashed it in to the back of an transit)

 

I see, might paint it black tomorrow and see what it comes out like!

 

Been at the drawing board, I'm going to purchase an unpainted body kit when funds allow and send it to a friends shop to be painted silver and redbull blue with some red bull stickers! not a redbull ped to be seen round here so Might just have to get it done!

 

sounds good the redbull paint will look well nice

 

Aye hoping it will come out sweet going to get it pro professionally painted as well probably be end of April for it

started the red bull malarky today!
discovered I cant paint for sh!t but nevermind.

just waiting until I have cash spare for the blue paint now! the pic looks decent but my painting skills are that of a nursery child finger painting
