My scooter keeps cutting out please help

    hello everyone ive just bought my 1st scooter 2 days ago so im a novice. however my scooter needs some work so i need some advice. 1st of it keeps cutting out on me when i start it. its ok while im reving it but when i let go of the revs it cuts out and doesnt tick over. also it needs a new battery and 2 new tires and brakes front and back. any advice would be brilliant thanks.

    also my scooter is a 07 jonway 125cc.....many thanks k.clark
