Thanks for all the comments lads.

I'm trying to deal with the kid the legal way firstly, seeing what i can do, been in touch with citizens advice and my insurance as i have legal cover, so hopefully they will make a move for me... if all else fails then i might have to sort something out myself, but will always go the polite way first... knock on their front door and kindly ask for cash etc...

My bike still needs about £200 worth of work, to get it back to how it was, as alot of panels are cracked etc...

But for the time being im skint and so i cant do much... apart from spray some panels to make it look 'OK'

seriously mate i agree you should go the legal way first and try everything you can to get your money out of him without having to resort to violence, but if that fails, going round to his house to politely ask for some money?? how meek does that make you look, you might as well tatto "rob me blind lads, i wont do anything" to your head, but then word of mouth would probably suffice.

    *knock knock*

YOU - hi there, after the police did nothing and you got in no trouble, i was just wondering whether you could just give me some money for it please, you dont have to, and im too much of a pussy to make you, itd just be nice :emb:

HIM - *currently on floor laughing so hard he's unable to speak* *door slams shut*

(thats assuming hes a 15yr old nutta and not a 15 yr old mummas boy putting up a front)

im going skitz just thinking about it and i dont know him or you, so respect for being able to be so calm about it, i dont see how you do it.

just wait til he gets a ped and spray paint a big cock on it.and if its the same as your bike just nick all of his panels etc.

i also think that if u do get your money off this little prick, when he does get a bike you should still kick it over aa couple of time and piss in the petrol tank or summin, just so he knows how it feels

yeh, not everything has to be solved with violence or any other sort of retaliation, its quite a childish outlook on things.

if hes 15, chances are he doesnt know the law that surrounds the shit he's got into, go round, tell him that you've decided not to take out a private prosecution because you're hoping after the whole ordeal its gonna put him off crime, but say that you need the money to repair the damage he did, and speak with his parents, not with him, hes a minor.

if they refuse, you threaten them with legal action, if they still refuse, you take out legal action, then take them for all theyre worth.

lmao martin WHIFF OF PISS cracked me up lol and what are you still doing in this thread swift you obviously are too old too realize that 15 year olds do know the law, its simple stealing is against the law how hard can that be especially to a 15 year old. its people like you who let these little bastards off with a slap on the hand for robbing bikes 'because they probably dont know its wrong to steal scooters' its not like hees robbed someone's marbles or some little kids pokemon cards!

^^ exactly, he knew he was stealing someones pride and joy, he knew its worth alot of time and money to someone, and he knew the possible consequences of stealing it and must have been expecting to be hospitalised if he got caught for it.

swift your talking as if the 15yr olds still at primary school :wtf: theres some seriously clued up nasty young teens out there what cave do you live in :msn1: when i was 14 i was arrested for burglary,i knew exactly what i was doing and the laws surrounding it, i just didnt give a fuck as i knew nothing serious would be done about it (things have changed alot since then, i havnt stolen since i was 16 and dont intend to, at last i had things i couldnt bare to lose, which made me realise how cuntish i used to be, i now hate thieves, but understand why they do it, which is what needs to change, theres to many people these days with nothing to lose.

take him through the legal system, get your money, then take him to hospital and get your revenge/satisfaction, i wish someone would of beat fuck out of me back in the day it would have stopped me stealing and shook me up a bit onto the straight and narrow, or at least of persuaded me to get a job to fund my habits, it was all to easy with no realistic consequnces

sorry for the rant people :emb:
