My Runner 125 project

Hiya all.

Just thought i would post a few pics of my runner before i start modding it for the summer.







I have got some plans for the bodywork and also some big plans for the engine.

I will update it as i start to do stuff, as of yet i have sourced an nrg front wheel and along with the rear wheel i will be sending them off to be powdercoated black.

Also my inners are on there way to bullet to be sprayed black, and i will order some orange evo's sometime this week.

gonna be good any reasons for evos think them panels would look better they look fresh

 

I just think the evo's have a more agressive modern look to them.

 

was just thinking the same. the panels you have at the moment are the best colour scheme. you dont see many runners with them pans these days. personally i'd spend the money on the lump. either way it will look good tho.. good luck with the project dude

What's the left hand side like, because of the bent lever and no pics of that side.

Does look a clean bike. Going for this?

 

The left hand side does have a few scratches as the little old lady who owned it before me did drop it at some point.

That bike is exactly what i am going for, its by far the best looking runner i have seen.

 

each to there own suppose ive had bothe evs/ standards personally prefer nice clean standard panels you thought bout getting a paint job

 

I did think about it at first, but for the same price as it would of cost to spray my panels, i can buy a brand new set of evo's so it seemed a no brainer.

 

yer they are nice and do look the shizz spose i just have a grudge against em you getting bullet to do the same metallic black i see a gilera he painted the other day looked spot on

 

Yeah hopefully he will do the same metalic black.

 

how much did u buy it for....i think there was a gumtree scam...upfor 200 pound

 

How much did i buy the bike for ??

When i was looking to buy the bike there was only 3 standard ones within 70 miles of me on the autotrader, so i think i paid over the odds.

I paid near a grand and had to travel a few hours to get it, but it is one owner full service, 2 keys etc etc.

 

well worth it its a minter, and yeh your panels will look a nice glossy black . lee was the bike you saw bradleys?
