here is the runner 172 that i bought off carl spann a while ago....







i had it for about an hour then it looked like this...



















it had no ignition barrel on the frame then luckily i took the dog for a walk in the park and found this loool













so obviously i re welded the housing onto my frame ....



we then started to port the engine...











(only have a couple of pics of the begining of the crank case flows)







then i got this idea inot my head that i would put renthal batrs on so i have done a mock up pic for you to see...(and yes i am cutting the bars down..)



























i got boored so i did a bit of engin cleaning lol...



















by this time santa dropped my bits off lol...

malossi variator

55ml crank

55ml head

blue clutch springs

white contra spring

30ml carb (now a 28)

new gasket kit

new bearings

pm 59

180 gears

packing plate for barrel etc..

























i currently now have the bike built and runing well i have still gotta do a full re paint on the panels and fit the bars and clocks etc but heres a pic just to see it with the "ghetto" panels lmao lol





after a week the pm snapped lol

yh there good when they dont brake lol iv only just got it back from pms they re jigged it etc so we shall now see if it can go for over a weeks worth of wheelies this time lol...

 

good to see you and your bike back, how much was the re-jig just out of curiosity

 

nothing i was suprised tbh...i rung em up all guns blazing but they were cool..





i sed "iv had this a week and its snapped" and they sed just send it back so i did then rung em up 3 dayz after sending it and the bloke on the phone looked @ it and sed rite we will get it in ship shape and send it off by the weekend...and monday it was here lmao



i was really shocked @ how well pm dealt with it tbh...



edit * the end can was slightly scratched when it broke off the pipe and they even gave me a new one*!

what was the old pipe on the runner and r u sellin it (the old pipe that is)

 

sorry m8 the pipe has gone to mr major complication (minor) but its only a technigas nutin special lol...

 

got boored and painted pipe....

 

RHYS what paint did u use and where u get it from? the high temperature paints i see are MATT black in halfrauds anyways!

 

gloss heat paint by the looks of it

 

its actually just pj1 but the pipe was painted properly... this is what it comes out like when u dont paint it properly...





this paint came out the exact same can but was done quickly and lashed tbh....

 

pipe looks sick mate...minor u wanna sell that pipe lmao
