My piaggio zip won’t idle and struggles to start

Hi I need help with my piaggio zip 2t I have a Malosi 70cc bore kit on it but the problem is my bike won’t idle I have fiddled with the air and fuel screws which does not make a difference I have also tried changing the idle jet and cleaning the main jet which also doesn’t change a thing and my bike still doesn’t idle and struggles to start every time I ride it it’s 50/50 chance of it siezing on me as I can’t tell if the air and fuel screws are correct and the bike doesn’t idle no matter what. I have also tried changing my choke and cleaning the carb which yet again does not change anything

Can Somone please help me as this is one of my only ways of getting to college and back

 

Has it ever run correctly since you have had the 70 kit fitted and what size main jet have you got?

 

Crank seals?
Intake leak?
Dead reeds?

 

It used to run fine I don’t understand and I have 105 jets

And how is the compression?

 

But a bike will idle even if the main jet is completely missing...

 

Compression is completely fine

 

How much?

 

sports exhaust?
Open filter?
More details on the setup please................

 

What state is the spark plug in? It must be running really rich with a 105 main jet

 

It’s got leo Vince zx pipe
Open air filter
Not quite sure what rollers as that’s how I bought it

 

Put an airbox on it...
But what was your compression at?

 

One of the reeds were slightly shredded somehow but luckily I had a spare which now it started first kick after but still doesn’t idle was trying to fiddle with the air n fuel screws but had no luck
