bout 4 months ago my bro said could he buy my 70cc off me
and i didnt exactly need it so i said ye take it gimme the money weekly
so 4 months down the line ive got £20 off him which is fucking me right off
so anyways hes told me he doesnt want it anymore
its sat in his shed since the day he took it home
so i said il give him his £20 back and i want my bike
so ive went to collect it and his gf has threatened to kill me if i go for it
she claims i sold her the bike its hers shes the legal owner
so my bros started saying the same thing LOL
so now im past the point of no return
the logbook is in my name
i have all my documents for it
so where do i stand legally cos i want the law involved ????

report it stolen and tell them exactly where the bike is. explain that you've had violent threats and deny any knowledge that the bike was going to be sold to him.
