I thought you guys might be interested This is an 86mm bore 76mm stroke twin cylinder jetski engine Its a aftermarket cylinder and makes close to 170hp the class i race in allows you to go to 1100 but what the hell it cost heaps to go there and no one can hang on to the fuckers Think 500cc mx bikes I put a pic of my motoforce beside it so you can get an idea of size Thi sis the ski it goes in Its a 2008 superjet with an updated hull and a 12vein mag pump( like having slicks on the water) The ski to build would cost you about 30k The engine retail is about 15k
tell me you can get these cylinders in single form/have one thats blown one side and needs the bad bit cuting off???
yeah craft that onto your piggy that would wake it up you cant get them in single But you can get these they should fit the bill will take your scoot to 600cc single
oh so you like the rotary action then huh this was out of my 2007-2008 race boat It was quick enough to make me aussie champ
You like it forced induction huh try this one out and this is me doing the thermal test on the supercharger
Last but not least its twins this is my race engine and the backup engine Im looking to go to the world finals this year in usa need to have a spare
fuckinell man... some seriously nice welds on the supercharged pipes... as for the single jug's how much we talkin? LOL as for the billit engines
didnt think a powervalve would be of much use on such a craft tho (same with auto race engines, not really much point having low down if its never sitting at low revs? )
NOt all the engines are mine The one with me licking it well yes thats mine the first one thats mine the rotary valve one i dont own anymore The twin pipe one i was doing for a customer
the 800 engine (66e) has more aggressive porting 80mm bore A major big bore for your scooter http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Persona ... .m20.l1116
you should try and get hold of a snowmobile barrel http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Polaris- ... 240%3A1318 800 cc I would say its close to what you need And they run a cvt as well so the porting will be close to what you would need a well
not sure on the snowmobile but i reckon you would go close to what you want Its cheap and worth a look I have been thinking about a kx80 cylinder for my mineralli
was just loking at that exact kit an wondering about it myself, you obviously have a couple servo's and an ignition lying about... LOL just a case of machining the case out, fitting an adaptor plate (centred obviously) with the new shor stud position and play with the deck hight/piston/head/ports till it times up right. fair bit of working out but the main factor is stroke and piston offset/conrod length. WELL worth a fuckabout tho if you have 400 quid to blow on a barrel and a mill sitting in ya workshop LOL
