Hope you dont mind me saying but heres 1 thing ima do to my zip which would look nice for yours aswell:
Gilera runner forks and clocks conversion with Lum.
And for a front head light you can drill holes just under the front indicator and put LED Lights in both bottom holes left and right, and then use speaker wire and run it into the choke and connect it up, looks nice in the dark :)
    just a suggestion

Generally any legit m.o.t'er wont pass it. My friends zip/nrg failed due to the lights not having any beam direction. if you can get around that and prove it's all safe it can be legal.

god i love an engine build, that looks like a bit of art! why have silly statues around your house and dodgy paint work on the walls when a few grand can have you some serious bling to show off!

Does that carb fit in the manifold?! I've got one and my 25 dell is nowhere near fitting.

Looks good though. :D Anymore parts you need that you haven't got? I've got some bits lying about. I could have sold you that spacer/manifold too.

Yeah It fits fine :) Need to file a little bit of the cases but otherwise fine :) :) I didn't know you had the manifold :p I just bought it cause it matches the R/t carb :D All I've got to get now is two tyres and the rear pannel where the lisence plate mounts. Need to figure out how to wire this pump in now haha. Sucks I got the wrong radiator :( That's another £60.

The pwk carbs have a much bigger inlet dia where they join to the manifolds then they dellorto ones do, Iirc the pwk carbs are around 35mm and dellorto ones are about 25mm. You can get adaptors for them from Stage6 though, around £20
