Well I was doing some wheelies/went out on some rigs and well it's blown up. Spraying fuel and oil out of the bottom of my cases and no compression FUN! Will be stripping it to a bare frame, Polishing some bits up and most of all. Converting to Lc going for a proper sleeper. aiming to keep up with terro's vespa so watch out . Time for lots of power. Will post a few wheelie/speed videos in a while.
if you need casings dude i have some at work or any zip 50 engine parts let me know i have most spare parts kicking around
Right today got it to a bare frame will get pics tomorrow, Getting rid of the rust later aswell. Got a new spec for the engine/bike will write it up later as I can't be assed at 2 am.Lol. I'll post up some wheelie vids and also the dyno graph. Made 9.99bhp in the end.

Well I said I would get some pics so here they are, Here is a pic of my zip before it had any porting, This is just tt and polini sport Here it is with the porting Well all was well and great then the pile of shit blew up due to a dodgy oil seal and a leak in the cases, I was going to have to change the cases anyway due to it having a giant crack in the case vvvvvvvv Well the bike has run out of m.o.t so I've decided to rebuild every last bit of it, Better than factory, Going for a ported Mk2 racing kit should be 20bhp when i'm good and done, I've started by painting the frame and new cases while starting to flow them here is my progress so far. if i had that sorta cash id be building a 172/183! but i guess theirs joy in building anything from scratch to the best spec!
did you raise the exhaust port at all when you ported the cylinder or did you just open up the manifold?
Nah just took the restriction out the port. I'd do a 125/172 but I only want to do a typh they're really expensive now. I got my zip for £100 lol.
Updates!! Thanks to stig I've got my radiator mount !! But I've got the wrong radiator Need a zip rad/bottle but I've got a Nrg one -_- Oh well. here's a pic of it.

Well road to pedparts and it heat seized on the way there. They ran up and said it was lean top end, Changed jet it was fine for a while, Then did it twice in a short period of time. so stripped it down, blowing through the crank cases and the oil seal stator side was fuckeddddddddddddddddd.
Not good My aerox is lean I think, bogs out with the throttle all the way open, just like a lean main jet but the jet was fine before. I did the transmission side me last night, I don't have a fucking flywheel puller
