i'm woundring how much hp you can get out, here in holland i didn't saw much of them go over 20 and most of those boys here know what theyre doing, not saying you don't or that you can't do it, but all i can tell its gonna be hard and a long way of trying and testing.

R/T 70? Have seen one of those go score pretty high after a lot of changing the cilinder with tuning.
a fellow mbk rocket rider did here in holland 24.3HP on the dyno with a R/T70

Unlucky haven't spoken him in a while :(
hope i can line up nextyear next to him on the startline.
Maybe an idea to go for a longer stroke crankshaft? and raise the cilinder.
The transfer ports are longer open, maybe it can ingrease the power, something you should have to try to find out.
    but its an idea.

Naahhh, a speed 7T can be faster on the track, maybe it depens a little on the tuner.
but when tuning most exhausts don't fitt that well anymore becouse for bigbore there aren't that many.

But like jonny already sayd, its gonna probably a R/T
And stage6 had only a 70cc version and than a 95cc version, but that one is pretty sick too.

Jonny don't know if you already saw this movie, but bigebore is nice stuff ^^
Imagine this under a zip wich is lighter than a NRG:

Only this one did about 21hp, probably they could do some changes to engrase power, but so far i have a speed seeïng kick more hp's

@scooter-noob, there are a few other bigbore cilinders to.
Airsal has a few bigbore cilinders, MVT has one 90cc if i'm right.
and ofcourse the 2fast4race kits wich have done verry sick hp scores on the dyno already.

the only with high end is it needs to be set up on dyno not in the garden with some rollers and jets

a dyno is mostly in a pretty warm room/place without a waterlevel in the air ( hope u understand guys )
And becouse its on a role, its differend than on the road.

That you have let sat 21hp on the rearwheel on the dyno doesn't say you have 21hp on the wheel on the road or have the same topspeed.
The conditions of the weather can have a pretty big effect on the engine.

yes but you need a dyno so you can do fuel set up, not all dyno's are is sealed room's.

I would not want to spend the better parts of £300(cylinder) £250(crank) then heat seize it on the first day

I dunno - My local garage has no dyno. But they do have a lathe - & lots of trophies ! I try not to bother them - but if I get stumped.....
Props to César & Nico - who taught me a lot.
