    hiya guys,
ive just got a leo vince tt sports pipe for my yamaha neos 50 , i have not changed the rollers or clutch springs yet as i cant get the F***in nut off the clutch or variator,i tryed and snapped one of the fins of the fan bit on the variator does it matter? it wasent heavy metal so i doubt it would un balence it much at all.

any way my pipe was fine for a day then all of the sudden i can hear a rattleing noise in my pipe like a bb pellet is in it bouncing around , my dad said it could be the baffles what do you think guys??

and minor i got the suspension fixed :D should be all good after this is sorted and ive changed the clutch springs and roller weights. :yahoo:

yh iknow it sucks not having one lol , what about a hammer drill with a socket adaptor??

is the exhasut rattle anything to worry about? i tightened all the bolts so it has to be something inside im guessing the baffles :confused:cratch:

anyone around hastings have a impact wrench i can use?

a hammer drill wont work i dont think as it doesnt build up any power behinde it like an impact gun but you can try i spose and surely it would put it outa balance but thats just a guess

a hammer drill is not the tool you want...

would be fun watching you trying to get a 15mm socket in the end of the chuck :confused:cratch:

the rattle will be either a loose bracket, loose baffles, a nut or bolt inside, or maybe someone dropped the restrictor in the pipe when they tried to grind it out...

    Right haha!
the pipe is still ristricted as i like the sonud at them moment but it will get un baffled and deristricted soon ;).

    i have got a bought a impact drill :D

thats what this drill bit is for ;) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Power-Drill-A...vr_id=&cguid=3709cac71290a0aad1e4b884feda9b90
it makes it so you can put a socket on the end of your hammer / impact drill

i dont have my one atm so il make an adaptor on the grinder tomoro then haha deristrict new rollers and clutch springs here i come :D :D :D :D

i will let you know how i get on tomoro , and mabey upload a video of my soon to be rappid ped (hopefully a bit faster)

im hopeing it will sound like neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer accselerating and not neeeeeeeeernarrrrrrrrrrrrneeeeeeeeeeer
