my new kited gilera runner 172

    he used to have black inner too,

    and i said its on its way to looking the same,
    its one panel and rims different,

    im not meaning tooffending you mate,
    if you like the way it looks, then that's the important thing, as its your bike,

    but you asked what people thought,

    and i think it looked better grey.
    it was more unique in grey,

    where now it looks like any other red runner
    (i swear red and black must be the most popular ped colours :whistle: )

    the grey was muuch better! i wud of swaped u my pannels for them if u wanted black an red, its gettin done to often now, u shud of kept it diffrent

    got a cople more piks and have started to upgrade the suspention and beaks now. so got myslef a malossi shock :grin: . and should have a oversized front wavy disk soon.

    looks alright, but looks exactly thse same as everry other bike thats had the pm treatment (red evo's, 59, those floorboards, black wheels... all been done to death) aslong as your happy wiht it tho m8 :)

    sticker it up a little diffrerent, maybe have some custom stuff cut up (vinyl isnt expensive atall)

    they all lookm the same as they are the same, a little plain.

    this late in the game its gonna be hard to make a runner look different to half of them out there. im sure your not finnished yet. the fact alot of people do it just shows it does work, and looks good, but everyone see's them looking like this alot (suppose its the same as black an blue sp pans a few years ago)

    things spankers..... BUT it just looks to familuar for the wow factor... nothing against it, its good work, just nothign that sets it apart.

    if id never seen a runner with red evo's an black wheels id be druling.... but ye.

    could always send the engine our way for a polish, or the good old monster treatment :D

    lol its only so clean cos every time i ride it i get the baby wipes out n take every bit of dirt off lol. ino its like every other red n black runner. but iv always liked it. n finaly got round to doin it. this is up for sale now anyway. the next one will be sumthing alottt more custom all round.

    i would say the member would be keeping the runner 172cc , they kind of a rare scooter to find these days.
    its NOT going to be registered as a 50cc Alfie at the very least it will be registered as a 125cc .

    this post is around 5-7yr old buddy so the scoot could have well moved onto a new owner or is being used as a daily run around .
