i just bought a aerox r, i have also ordered a yasuni z with a carbon silencer. do you have any other tips for me to make my bike go faster ? the people who i bought it off already got it derestricted. what do yous think i should do to my bike? thanks
buy some rollers, clutch springs and jets... need to get the pipe setup with the pipe to really see the gains. then a 70 kit would be the next logical step. will tripple the power of the pissy lil stock kit
cheers pal. av just put a new exhaust on and a new drive belt but the bike takes its time to get up to speed. i kneed to find out what size rollers i will need to match my exhaust do you have any idea? its a yasuni z, i just need to know which gram rollers to buy
ROLLERS THREAD - http://www.scootershack.co.uk/general-tuning/which-rollers-t24025.html#p241901 now as for the other bits to make it faster, you can get 70 kits, larger carbs (for 70 kits), new variators, race clutches, lighter flywheels, theres quite a bit you can do. but 70 kit and pipe is the best start, then you can fiddle with the transmission as time goes on.
i woudnt recommend getting any 70cc kits as they are so unreliable, if you use your bike daily then get some variator, rolers, belt and clutch , also you will need to get your bike upjeted get this to someone who knows about bikes more because its tricky to do it correct
What are you on about 70cc kits are so unreliable? They are as unreliable as the person who fits and cares for it. Good quality oil and letting the bike warm up plenty works wonders, it just needs a bit more love than a standard 50cc. Good makes such as polini and malossi iron ones would be your best bet. Please don't post if you aren't sure what you are talking about.
To add to the post above: Upjetting isn't tricky. Why pay to have someone else do it when you can do it yourself and learn about the bike you own. Also I'm running a 70cc polini sport kit on a Peugeot speedfight and the cylinder is extremely reliable, I'm actually tempted to say thats it's more reliable than my stock cylinder.
