It only really takes about 15-20mins for the piston rings to seat nicely.

But everything will still be quite "tight" so you can go full throttle after 15mins running in but just dont full throttle everywhere.

The last time I owned a brand new engine (was a goped with a Zenoah G260RC race engine), I didnt run it in at all just went flat out from the box even though it says atleast a few hours of gental riding.

    :worthless:

Why did you go for the touring exhaust? is it just for the "stock" look?

nah, nowhere had a tt in stock and couldnt afford a zx, and didnt want one as theyre too much, i only wanted a replacement, rang up my local shop and they said wus a tt but got this, but its fine, tbh, when my ped runs okay its just as fast as all my mates aerox's with zx's etc

Fitted the kit earliarr,, upjetted from 72 to 80, then down to 78, lifted the needle up a notch.

Went for a lil 10mile ride, doesnt even seem any better, when will i actually notice any difference/

you should have noticed the difference already :msn1:

neeeeeed to go lighter on them rollers AND stronger on the springs, you want it to reeeeevvvv!

pipe WILL be restrictive on the kit tho, but should still notice a BIG difference

you did up oil ratio tho didnt you? i really dont wana see another 'is this seized?' thread. lol
