Arrived this morning in a box </3
Me and my brother got to work setting it up, bars, battery, fuel line, some plastics, front wheel.
Filled it up with some fresh oil, asda homebrand stuff. Added petrol and she kicked up first time.
Had a small go up and down the street had it to 50 Km/h but bare in mind it is brand new and probably still restricted. (Air filter, exhaust & carb)
Must say im impressed it sounds friging awesome and is so easy to ride.
Need to wait untill the 13th of next month before i can even register it :?

So i guess it gives me more time for modding! (Note the renthal bash pad already ^^)

ffs its not the best quality in the world, why put cheapo oil in it. my advice is use good oil and make it last

first i've heard of it. i worked in a bike shop for a while and the first thing we did was drain the shit oil out of the bikes when they came in and put decent stuff in before they were run up.

yeah ive heard of it...dont know if you can still buy it but years ago you could buy running in oil..

But most people use a cheapo mineral oil instead!!

fully synth coats the rings and prolongs the running in process...but to be honest i ran my 70 kit in with fully synth and it seems ok for it...i couldnt be arsed draining the 2T tank and then risk an air lock ;)

    Yup thats right ;)
Il probs use this oil for 50 miles then drain it and put more in untill 100, then change it to a fully synthetic at 500 as most of the running occurs within the fist 100 miles.

yep...when i bought an engine for my capri they told me to change the oil after 1st 100miles then again after 500miles then again after 1000miles
then it would be fully run in!! ;)
