    When i had my old 125 i had to get a moody MOT off a mate on it because the forks legs were pitted an it woulda failed, spoke to him in the morning and he said i need at least one mirror. i aint saying im right but he's been riding bike for 40 odd years, has been testing cars and bikes for over ten.
    Even though i was avin a bent mot he still said i needed at least one mirror on the bike for the test

    For info, it only fails if it's pitted in the area where the forks move up and down. in other words, if it's leaking fork oil. Spose it depnds on your MoT man, but that's what mine told me.
