    Hi, for sale is my Yamaha Aerox.

    The bike is a 2000 model and has been fully rebuilt, with many new parts. It has MOT and Tax until march.

    The bike has been very well looked after, and all the work has been done to a very high standard. I always use Fully Synthetic racing oil and V power fuel.

    Visual modifications include;
    Motocross Handlebars and Stem
    Stage6 Digital Temp gauge
    LED Rear light
    Smoked indicators
    TNT Side stand
    Gloss black inner leg panel
    Gloss black petrol cap surround
    All new black footboard, Z panels and battery/storage cover
    Stage6 F1 style mirror
    Gold painted BREMBO brakes

    One of the best features of the bike is the paint job. The panels were completely stripped back before being prepped and primered, flatted, and painted. This was a very time consuming process for the award winning body shop, The Paintbox, and involved 50+ man hours of work. The paint is a custom mix; Frozen white with a blue flip that can be seen in the sunlight. As you can imagine this was not cheap, but it really makes the bike stand out from any other Ped on the road. It makes a change to see a professionally painted aerox instea of one covered in stickers and spray paint.

    Engine
    The engine was completely stripped down to the cases and fully cleaned, before a full rebuilt took place with all new seals and gaskets. The parts include;
    PM Tuning full circle crankshaft
    Stage6 Sport Pro mk2 70cc cylinder
    C4 main bearing (race spec)
    Polini carbon fibre reeds
    17.5mm dellorto carb
    Doppler exhaust with Gianelli carbon fibre silencer
    Topracing variator
    PM tuning fully adjustable clutch
    Athena high performance drive belt
    New water pump system
    The rebuild was done by a 2 stroke racing specialist, and has been taken care of. It has been properly set up with the right jetting and rollers, and I always warm it up fully before riding. The bike doesn’t get thrashed, but given full throttle it will see off any other ped, and most 125’s. Stage6 quote 15-17hp for the cylinder.
    As I have mentioned, the bike is always run on high performance oil at a premix ratio of 33:1. The engine has covered about 500 miles since the rebuild, and sounds great. It was properly run in following the rebuild, and is crisp and responsive.
    I am going to be honest and list the bad points of the bike.

    The rear disc is getting worn and may need replacing in the next few months. The brake still works great and is very effective.
    The kick start return spring has failed. The mechanism is perfect and still works, but the kick start is currently held up with a small piece of string. I have the replacement spring, and if I have time to replace it before the auction ends I will.
    That’s about it really, the bike starts every day and runs well, it also handles and stops very well. Aerox’s are known for great handling and braking, and this bike is a great example of that.
    I will be sad to see it go, it has been a great bike but I am 17 now and I have a 125. I have all the receipts for the parts as well as an invoice for the paintwork, adding up to around £1200 including the purchase of the bike.
    Test rides available with money in my hand, delivery can also be arranged. Located in Colchester, Essex
    Open to offers, but no, i dont want a 3 blackberrys and a mountain bike, No swaps.
