I also think my rollers are playing a part in it not running to its full potential i am going to mess about with the jets what size rollers would you recommend as in the polini hi speed kit you get 6.9 rollers and there preety naff! I was thinking 5.5 - 4.5 rollers?
hmm as i have read on here as a general rule of thumb for a sports pipe drop a gram. original in an aerox being 5.5 so 4.5 and and i think work from a little lighter up so say 4.0 to 5.0 or 5.5 like you say, because you have a 70 kit, heavier than 4.5 would be my guess. it varies from different setups trial and error really
Put 4.5 rollers in and put standard exhaust back on - WHEELIE MACHINE! But not gonna fit stage 6 before i have sorted back end out so it will run effectively
haha sweet man, so its quick even with the standard exhaust? thats good man! i wanna see a video! please :beg:
Right another update went to southend shakedown and half way there my standard exhaust snapped ! LOL! it had cracked before but its now compleately broken! So i need to put the stage 6 one on asap with my setup do i need a 21mm carb at the moment it is a 12 mm carb?
It seems to go okay but when i start it it will run fine and when i go full throttle it revs very high and pulls quick then goes back to about mid revs and slows down...
that is the powerband kicking in if u want to change that get heavier rollers but not too heavy otherwise u wont have any acceleration
with any 70 kit you would need a bigger carb than a 12mil lol 17.5mil minimum i would get a 21mil for the s6 bore kit
Right put my stage 6 pipe on today and my pm tuning clutch and it runs sweet! Gets 60 no problemo !!! Erm now onto the visuals, Im ordering Black evos soon and some other little bits and bobs do you want a video of it running on stage 6 exhaust?
hows it feel with it? im gonna be doing the same setup, and am a bit nervous about doing it :cray: and have you got a gear up? dan
Yeah it feels sooo smooth you just need to drop the rollers a considerable amount and i thought i had a gear up turns out i dont but i dont think im going to get one as its hitting 60-65 as it is
is it!? says who? thats bang on for the guide on here...60mph = 10.94bhp. Getting into the sport 70cc kit bhp figures and also 125cc 4 stroke bhp specs and 100cc's. 65mph = 13.76bhp. More like the Mid race 70cc kit bhp and the stock 125cc 2 stroke bhp. a gear up will increase top speed if you really wanna :clapping:
Ohhh cool okay thank you and i might invest in one of them after putting my panels on ill have pictures up asap
Got evos yesterday and put on today with a little surprise for you to be revealed when i put pictures up on monday
