My Aerox project ( i need your help )

Progress this weekend

Fitted:
-Stage 6 streetrace 70cc kit
-Polini High speed variator
-Mallossi Belt

Problems:
- Leo vince exhaust was second hand and is crap!
- Couldnt get the clutch bell off without the right tool

Solutions:
- Need to order new exhaust i was thinking of ordering a Stage 6 pro replica exhaust - http://www.pedparts.co.uk/stage-6-exhaust-pro-replica-exhaust---minarelli-aerox-3819-p.asp
- Order a clutch removal tool

What do you think of the exhaust ? Will it match my 70kit and shall i buy it derestricted?

awsome! yeah its like +8 to get it derestricted of ped parts init? will go well with your 70 kit i want the street race! but funds are low as i have a crap weekend job cus i go college nice project project though bud :good:

I was looking at the stage 6 exhaust to buy on ped parts and i thought ill have a peek on ebay and bam! One about a mile away from me !!! :thumbsup:

Yeah its derestricted and all ready to go then at the weekend i will have my clutch removal tool and get my pm tuning clutch on and my gear up kits

 

Am i going to need a 21mm carb?

PROBLEM!!!
This stage 6 exhaust is being a bitch my standard jet is 86 nd i have tried to upjet it nd its not making much difference helllp!

if it is standard its too small and probably would need a bigger one

could be anything mate probably rollers i mean my leo vince zx pipe is so fussy i have been using 6.5's that wasnt right so i went to 4.5 its better but still not hitting the revvs i need its pissing me off

Now the stupid thing wont start at all!

 

have you still got the TT? maybe put that back on and see if anything changes? and check it is giving a spark? or the plugs not dead? im not an expert but it might be something obvious like the battery has no charge or something? :glare:

 

Well that could be a plan actually i will retry the tt
Im gonna go to work on it tommorow though and i will keep you informed!

It was the spark plug !
Gonna fiddle around with the stage 6 exhaust today nd try get it all together !
