Well, here it is, the reason i've hardly been on here for near on a year. > Rebuilt 1.6 lump w/new rings, mains, big ends, oil pump etc.. > Full respray > 1.9 shafts > 1.9 Hubs > 1.9 speedline wheels sprayed gloss black > Stripped out interior > Magnex full s/s system > Strut brace > Lowered 90mm on coilovers > Toyo T1R tyres > No carpets > Next to no trim > Angel eye headlights (totally pointless) > blacked rears > smooth boot conversion > boot spoiler > Auto bonnet
love love love nice choice buddy dont blame ya for not being intrested in scoots when you have on of them sat there do prefer them totally standard lookign though but hey i aint got 5k to spend on a minter hah 1.9 engine in the pipelines?
got a 1900 sat in the shed along side an iron block 2.0 16v s16, in the process of building a combination. its a while off done though and i'm playing bikes for the summer, the car can be a winter build.
very nice. :good: best mate had a 1.9 from new in 1989 G reg...same colour as yours. Took it to the local tuners. One weekend we went out in it up the local bypass....I've never been in a car that could hold a gear for so long and still pull all the way through. Rapid wasn't the right word for it! Just bought a set of 1.9 alloys for my lads quicksilver...bargain with 2 good tyres at £32
Nice car my mate currently has the fastest 205 in the country, not quite sure whats under the bonnet but i know he's spent roughly around 12 grand on the engine, nice little cars! love the bodywork on them for their age
