yh i thought that, thought it might be where it its first start or cold, along with alot of oil in there from the rebuild?

nah, oil will splutter a little but you can just full throttle past it and clear it all out real quick. if there was that much oil in it it would just keep burning the plug.. give it a hard blast (its an ac 172, it aint gonna hurt it if you give it some beans once warm) need to clear it out... being gental wiht these is worse than ragging them, you need to find the happy medium. that means short hard blasts when running in.. not riding at half throttle everywhere (will just glaze the bore that way)

gev it a good hard ride today, it lifts id say 30cm from the floor, but with the 21mm feels restrictive lol.

still spluttering but getting way way better :)

ill get another video tomorrow on it ;)

once youve had it full throttle and cleard it it shouldent splutter again  i put 100ml of oil in an engine when i rebuild one and it literally clears in a couple mins... check your jet/rollers/filter/reeds....

you say 21mm, do you mean the stock 20.5?
