Yowww, im sure you've probably all heard my story, i bought a CPI ARAGON for cheap and it was shit but i started to love scooters, i crashed it and now i have an aprilia sr50r carb model, love it, oh and with an arrow exhaust, needed abit of work.
Electrics sorting, weld on exhaust, new back tyre, brakes bleeding. mot and tax

Anyway got it all sorted in a day :D haha, anyway i took it for its mot and it failed :'(

The only one i am concerned about it the fact that it says drivers seat insecure, does this mean it was left unlocked, as mine is dodgy or the whole this rocks from side to side abit, its a battered old SR but im on the route to restoring it.

    alot of shit
Seat needs to be locked and not "rocking" side to side.

Loads of ways to get around the secure seat situation

theres actually a thread on here about what you need inorder to pass mot and there was something about strapping the seat down with bungee rope if your seat doesnt lock just search mot test checks for more info hope this helps but to stop your seat moving side to side you would need to screw your seat bucket in properly

i would probably say the lock wasnt locked, would have to be an arsey tester to have failed it on a bit of a rock. i personaly would have advised on the seat.
