Most unusual things you have carried on a scooter/bike

welli was thinking back to some of the things i've carried on my scooters in the past. the main things i can think of are:



Gilera DNA 50 motor on my Derbi Senda



1/2 an sr 125 on my area51 (engine, complete in bits, some plastics, both wheels (inc tires), clocks, a compressor and some basic tools)



2 supermoto wheels on my derbi



a 25 kg bag of charcoal and a barbeque on my area51



my push bike on my area51



5 people on a c90

A set of engine cases in a Holdall for bEN



2 rear speedway tyres, a complete King exhaust system and Runner tranny case

i have only had 2 things on the back of mine which are

1: a cat flap

2: a mates helmet because he bought a new one

 

two 175/65 14s on my zip on the bit were ur feet go

 

not an experience i want to repeat in a hurry.

 

Bought a new helmet, Put the box in

between the seat and handlebars (runner)



Had 2 runner fronts, 2 runner backs in a combination of on the foot rubbers and the back seat (taken to the sandblasters, then coaters then to my work to refit tyres and bearings etc)



Done about 200 miles with one pair resting on the footpegs and all strapped on (with tyres fitted)



Pair of bike forklegs sticking way out of my bag.



Runner engine cases to my work.



Multiple crosser wheels to get re-spoked.



Done a couple of booze runs for a partys too :eh: (I could do with a rack!)

 

Mine are...

Shopping(tons of it)

Kids( weeeeeeee go faster mum)

Camping gear (tent, ground rolls, sleeping bags, clothes etc)

and one time the other half, which I will never do again cos he's a shit pillion passenger :w00t:

 

shopping and a helmet because i brought a new one. oh yer and my bro

 

Done quite a few miles with camping gear too, Also behind a drag (with all the gear shoddily bungee'd onto the slanty back seat :wtf: )

 

Weird things?

Ummm

Burger king drive thru all resting in my lap.

Fake xmas tree,

3 LARGE traffic cones.

All my dad's dive equipment.

1/ xbox tied around my neck with a pair of 120x80x12's hangin off the handelbars



2/ huge scalextrix set and smallish concrete ornament

 

12 cans of stella on one handle bar, burgers on the other..



and a crate on the middle bit of my ice tied with bungee cords..



Oh and a cuddly toy in that little pocket arc:

 

I carry my xbox loads....



I can see samjac with the jog on his lap, whilst riding a goped lol

 

now i think of it, the most valauble thing i've carried on my scooter in one go is probably 2 laptops, my iPod, a complete ignition system off a derbi, a set of microphones and a small heater for my shed.

carried a whole fork assembly off a speedy on my speedy 50 because i crashed it and it was bent.
