a kit will last as long as you desire, just make sure the bikes setup properly to suit, and you look after it, but yea polini sport is a good choice mate

2 kits in 2 weeks - sounds more like there not being set up properly, to go so soon.

I hear the polini sport is the best one to go for, if thats any help.

I told you you need to change jets..for like a fiver you could of saved your new cylinder...
    expensive now init LOL
look on the bright side, you aint gota be changin the bottom end aswell :rtfm:
Your not really looking for the most durable kit, as they siezed becasue of the fuel mix so any of the kits you've had before are fine..
if i was you id go with the pm x tech cyl. but if you want to get a cast iron (polini/malossi sport) then its up to you..
but you aint gonna have that wheely power you want lol

X2, mates of mine have been through stacks of them, there terrible, and you can only use their small end bearing which shatters n takes the barrel with it.

    terrible kits

My mate bought a malossi sport 70 kit

was fucking ripping when he had it on his first bike did about 7 k on it (used to beat small cars till about 60) crashed that bike up then reused the kit with all the old fittings lol (Circlips the lot) on another engine

did about 3 / 4 k on that bike and it started to need new rings

roughly did about 10/11,000 miles before it needed new rings, when theyre nice and fresh they are pretty mad for an iron kit!! and cheaper than polini kits too although ive found polini iron kits more violent off the mark and bottom range

also the malossi kit was a bit easier to fit than the polini one by a touch the polini ones though has very user friendly circlips though with them but this shitty 4 rubber gasket system for the water gasket on the aerox which id never seen before on a cylinder
