Well i've got a malaguti f15 lc the other day i fitted a new piston it told me to lube the pison with 2 stroke oil and add a bit to my petrol anyway i did that and fitted new piston and everthin was fine. I was runnin it in at 30. i got back to mine coverd it up for the night.went to start it this morning and it wouldnt start, so i checked the spark plug what was fine, checked carb what was fine so i spent 10 mins kicking her over an then it started Problem is loads of smoke is coming out the exhaust and water is to, and if ride for more then 10 mins the bike bogs out stops then i spend another 10 mins kicking her over then starts in a big puff of smoke. I got told the smoke could be due to tomuch oil as i added extra oil into my petrol tank, but i dont no about the water when i rev it it just sprays everywere. Many Thanks
you dont need to add extra oil into the petrol for just a top end over haul, i would top your fuel tank up with petrol to dilute the oil in your fuel tank down... the other thing that springs to mind, is your head gasket may have gone...
check the water level and see if you are missing a lot so like Dave says head gasket gone, if the level is ok than must be condensation , i know on cars if you go to work i.e. with car and the work is not far away so the exhaust does not heat up and does not burn condensate from the silencer and that is why you see some cars have water running out of the end of the exhaust , but that is just my opinion
Well took the sprak plug out and kicked it over and loads of my lc stuff came out. So i drainded it all and fited a new gasket kicked it over agen and none came out. But no petty comes out, what i've been told is that petty should squirt out? Any help ? Cheers
who ever told you petrol should squirt out the plug hole is wrong!!! unless of course youve flooded your engine
Lol some1 told me that it did Anyway got it started and stall loads of smoke is coming out the exhuaust and so is water but i put green coolant in it so were is this water comin from? Could it be the piston rings or something? Cheers
if you are saying waters coming out of your exhaust pipe, then you have to ask yourself where is the water coming from ?? The most likely answer is from your coolant!! so i would say the most likely answer is your gasket is blowing/leaking...if youve fitted a new gasket, and youve done it properly, and its still leaking, maybe your head is warped.
take it off the engine, and put it on piece of glass like mirror or something like that what is very straight you might notice that way, that is what i did with my cars head o i would think its the same only one cylinder instead of two

put the head on the hard flat surface (top end) and look where the head is not flat with the i.e. mirror or glass, lets say wavy it should be flat all the way round , use clear glass if you have so that you can see from underneath, and are you sure you did not nip the gasket when you put it last time ?
