found out recently my standard crank has gone so i have put in a Athena HPC full circle one.

i understand i will get more reliability but will i get more power?

    cheers

You probibly will get a bit of a performance boost but not much, the malossi crank i had in my nrg didnt make to much of a difference but running a stronger than standard crank is a good idea, the standard crank was made to cope with 30mph and if your modding ur ped and its now doing 60 70 mph it wont last to long especially if its on an old bike where the crank already has alot of ware.

you will get a small increase in primary compression, which in theory will give you a it more power, but nothing youll really notice much...

but as youve already said, aftermarket full circle cranks, are usually made from more robust materials, fitted with better bearings, and are better balanced than stock cranks :)
