Moped speedo graphics?

my friend at school has a moped, and he has a monster energy sort of graphics thing in his speedo, im wondering where he got theses from? i can't seem to find them anywhere and they look pretty nice so if anyone can help me i would be most thankful

i saw some before on ebay, or it wouldnt be hard to make one by your self

 

Not hard at all.
Remove the origional backing from the spedo and scan it into a computer to use as a template.
Base the rest of your disign around the template Add flowers and ponies etc using photoshop or similar.

 

I make my own, you don't need a scanner/printer but it makes the end result a lot more accurate, and it allows you to make multiple stickers, I just print out the scanned template prepared it with an X-acto knife, and I then place the prepared template over a sticky L plate, gave it a light spray of paint, and then cut the L plate to match the template, After this you can design your new sticker to your liking using stencils. Dirt cheap and the materials are easy to come by.

Ps, becoming familiar with Gimp/Photoshop will allow you to design your sticker saving you the time and effort of actually making it to see the end result,
