    Hello,
I have once again come across carburetor problems.
I have a moped Derbi Senda with a 17.5mm carburetor.

I rebuilt the engine the second time and trying to adjust the carburetor.
Previously I couldn't rev over 8k RPM's, but that was fixed when I cleaned the carb.
Now it revs great in neutral, but when in 1st gear, it struggles to go above 8k rpm's.
In second gear and further it just dies all together.

I tried rejetting, playing with the fuel/air screw and needle position.
Nothing has come to solve the problem.

Does anyone have experience or recommendations? Thank you.

    It's jetting. Probably main jet.

Okay thank you! Weird, since ignition crank seal partly popped out, I could run 108 main jet and it ran like crazy. Now after the rebuild it struggled and ran rich with 92 main jet (The lowest I tried, now running with 98 rich). Either way, I'm switching to a 24mm PWK carburetor as soon, as I get a new throttle wire.

    Anyways, appreciate the help!
