right as some of you may know i have put a yamaha neos a/c engine into my aprilia sonic and when i 1st did it i had some water the in crank case of the neos so i rebuild it useing new gaskets dryed it all out has been fine upto the last week and it has started to get moisture in the crank case again and build up into about 2cm deep of water now and where my inlet is on the top of the engine casing so when the piston comes down the bore it sucks fuel into the lip of it water is getting sucked in to any idea's i fort maybe crank oil seals or something ?
cratch: did u change the o-rings? had the same problem with my bike..... changed then and now its sorted.
all sorted now had a small crack in the flywheel side of the engine case so spend the night rebuilding it into a new case put it back in the bike today 3 kicks and started great feels a lot better to and has power again :grin:
