ive found a pm360 pipe meant for an aerox dead cheap and was thinking about buying it and modifying it to fit my honda. I have no interest in performance issues, but the pipe on my honda is horrible looking. I was thinking, could i cut my standard pipe near the cylinder, and cut the pm at the same place and weld them together? And take the bracket off my honda pipe and weld it to the pm? I could make a bracket if it came to it. Either that or is anyone here confident in modding and welding?:p Or will the yamaha pipe kind of fit as i know the exhaust ports are in a similar place..

I re-made a front section for my doppler s3r from scratch, just used the origonal flange and some various bends of the correct tubing. Having said that though, i'm pretty handly with a TIG. You done any welding before?

What exhaust are you planning on sacraficing for the front section? Standard?

had a go at welding, not the best but can do it, id probably take it to a welder to do though, and yeah i planned on using the stock downpipe

Stock downpipe will be useless performance wise.

You're better offf welding on the stock flange so that you can bolt up the whole exhaust and just make a bracket to suit.
