Right, i know you cant put runner exhausts on Sr's without bodgery, but what i want to know is what needs to be done to get it to fit? i wasthinking of buying a old second hand PM59 tthats snapped or needs welding, and get technician at college to weld it up so it fits, if not what do you have to do to make it fit?

not too sure... i would assume all of them, but then again they all run different places. i know ive DEFFO seen an sr125 with a pm 59 (and yes it was an un modded 125 frame, built it the night befor from a bike he just bought or sommin)

need to take the engine mount out the right side or somthing (the rubber bit) rotate the engine round so the pipe fits, then somhow wedge the engine bush back in.... ive never done it tho so fuck knows.

I like the pm59 .. It looks awesome but will it perform well on an sr125? If there's a significant increase in power than I would definately consider doin this but not if it's just for looks... That being said wats the best performance pipe made for the sr125 without mods?

If you would care to send us some details of the spacing of the SR125 mounts we`ll see if our TDR exhaust system fits the SR125`s.
We know they fit the the Runner/Dragster but they also fit the Typhoons without any mods.
Performance wise just do a search on this forum for the TDR exhausts and look at the dyno charts
Email or PM me your email address and I`ll send a photo of the mounts and exactly what measurements we need, we can then make a copy of the bushes and fit them to our jig to see if the exhaust clears all obstructions.

These are the measurements we need: 1 distance of engine to bush, 2 length of bush, 3 and 4 are the diameters of the bush.

Thanks BD.... I'll send you my email..... I'm probably not gonna use the sr125 frame or bushing because it's goin' on a totally custom welded frame so if the engine mount and frame are the things that get in the way then I should be fine with any exhaust correct? I'll def look I to the tdr exhaust system.... Cheers
